Visitors are greeted by an inviting reception and waiting area before entering any of the two operating rooms or four post/pre-operative recovery rooms. Supporting spaces include a medical gas room, vacuum equipment room, nurse stations, and a staff lounge, all carefully designed to optimize functionality and comfort.

Extensive attention was given to installing the required medical systems, including medical gas piping and trim for oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, WAGD, and vacuum systems. Additional infrastructure upgrades included a nurse call system, security system, emergency generator, and a new fire suppression system to meet stringent health care regulations. Interior finishes feature resilient flooring, pre-finished wood doors, and warm neutral tones of tile, creating a professional yet calming environment.
