Built off Locust Grove, this slab-on-grade, wood-framed medical building blends functionality with imaginative design elements, such as a suspended airplane greeting visitors from the wood tongue-and-groove ceiling and a model train circulating the waiting area.

The facility combines a flat roof TPO system with a pitched asphalt shingle roof for both modern performance and classic appeal. Full-height storefront windows along the eastern elevation flood the interior with natural daylight, creating a welcoming environment. Inside, two pod layouts feature 12 exam rooms each, all with clear sightlines from the central nurse stations for improved patient flow.
