At MGC, we partnered with KM Engineering to deliver a 7,968-square-foot mixed-use commercial building designed to support current operations and future growth, successfully completed on time and on budget. The facility includes 3,984 square feet of fully built-out office space with two conference rooms, nine private offices, a large open area for cubicles, and supporting spaces including storage, survey, copy, and break rooms, along with 3,984 square feet of future tenant improvement space. The design was inspired by KM Engineering’s original Boise office, creating continuity across locations, and features a custom reception desk design-built by MGC. This project demonstrates MGC’s ability to deliver functional, flexible, and brand-driven commercial spaces with reliable execution from start to finish.
