Treasure Valley Social Club is a resort-style amenities center located at the renowned Falcon Crest Golf Club in Southwest Idaho, delivered through a collaborative Design-Build partnership between MGC and Shea Homes. Situated along a scenic five-acre lake, the project included complete site development, utilities, and heavy infrastructure work, overcoming challenging subsurface conditions that required months of drilling and blasting through lava rock. The finished development features six championship-style pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, three expansive swimming pools with large pool decks, outdoor fire pits, and lush landscaping throughout. Indoor amenities include a premium fitness center with full locker rooms, movement and yoga spaces, and a complete line of equipment, along with River Six—a high-end restaurant, bar, and lounge offering indoor and outdoor seating. A grand welcome center with entry gates and extensive landscaping completes the experience, providing a destination-quality amenities hub designed to serve nearly 1,000 homes within the community.
