Mark Guho Construction, a premier health care general contractor in Boise, Idaho, completed the full buildout of a 3,500-square-foot shell and core space for Summit Family Health. The new medical office was designed to maximize efficiency and patient comfort, featuring nine exam rooms, a procedure room, a lab, centrally located nurse stations, a staff lounge, an x-ray room, and supporting restrooms. The central nurse stations were strategically placed to improve workflow and enhance staff efficiency while supporting the needs of patients throughout the facility.

Interior finishes were carefully selected to balance durability and aesthetics, with solid surface counters, welded sheet vinyl flooring, and medical-grade laminate cabinetry. High-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems were also integrated to reduce long-term operating costs while maintaining the high standards required in modern health care environments. This project highlights MGC’s expertise in turning undeveloped spaces into fully functional, patient-focused medical offices that meet both operational and regulatory requirements.
