Completed through a collaborative design/build approach, the facility showcases a clean, modern exterior featuring cement board siding, patina steel panels, oversized clay brick, and aluminum sun screens. The interior incorporates vertical circulation with an elevator and precast concrete stairs, while expansive windows on the second level frame stunning views of the Boise Foothills.

The interior buildout included a 7,200-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center equipped with six procedure rooms, six exam rooms, recovery areas, medical gas systems, an x-ray suite, and supporting staff offices.
