At MGC, we’re proud to have delivered a 12,285-square-foot commercial and industrial facility for Rock Placing Company and CMCI, completed on time and within budget. The project includes modern office space with polished concrete floors, full AV integration, and built-out restrooms, alongside a CMU-constructed shop with a future-use mezzanine. Supporting infrastructure features a truck wash bay, on-site truck scale, and a massive laydown yard designed for heavy equipment operations. Extensive site work included 8,500+ cubic yards of earthwork, requiring nearly 355 truckloads to haul material, showcasing our ability to manage large-scale industrial projects with efficiency and precision.
