Health Care General Contractor in Meridian, Idaho

Mark Guho Construction, a premier health care general contractor in Meridian, Idaho, partnered with Northpoint Recovery to design-build a 35,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The project encompassed full site development, including parking, utilities, hardscape, and landscaping, to create a fully integrated campus. The large wood-framed structure utilized glulam beams, engineered joists, and structural steel to create a durable and efficient superstructure. Expansive clerestory windows and a 7,100-square-foot landscaped courtyard bring natural daylight into the heart of the building, enhancing both patient comfort and energy efficiency.

Exterior materials were chosen for longevity and low maintenance, including fiber cement lap siding, stone veneer, composite roofing, aluminum storefronts, and steel accents. Inside, the center was designed to support a full continuum of care with patient rooms, group dayrooms, counseling rooms, a dining hall, commercial kitchen, administrative offices, lounges, and multiple nurse stations. Finishes throughout the facility were selected for durability while maintaining a welcoming, high-aesthetic atmosphere. This project highlights MGC’s ability to deliver complex health care environments that support healing, efficiency, and long-term operational success.
