Mark Guho Construction completed a 3,740-square-foot tenant improvement for KidStrong Boise, transforming an existing shell and core space into a vibrant, high-energy children’s training facility. Delivered on time and within budget, the project required full interior build-out, including new concrete slab installation, steel stud framing, gypsum assemblies, and extensive upgrades to the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Close coordination among all trades ensured the finished space met KidStrong’s rigorous brand standards while maintaining an efficient construction schedule.

Designed to support both safety and fun, the facility features bright neon green walls and vibrant blue soft mat flooring that create an engaging, kid-friendly atmosphere. A glass pony wall separates the main gym from the parent viewing area, offering clear sightlines while maintaining a secure training environment for young athletes. As the second KidStrong location completed by MGC, this project reflects our ongoing partnership and commitment to building specialized spaces that inspire movement, confidence, and community for children and their families.
