Mark Guho Construction, a trusted commercial general contractor in Meridian, Idaho, partnered with ICON Credit Union to build a brand-new, single-story branch on Ten Mile. The 4,700-square-foot facility combines modern architectural details with functional design to create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
The project scope included a complete build-out featuring abundant natural daylight from clerestory windows, contemporary interior finishes, and a drive-thru banking lane for convenience. Exterior site work encompassed concrete paving, site drainage, and landscape development, while the building’s distinctive appearance was achieved through the use of metal paneling and sloped roof components. MGC’s craftsmanship and attention to detail delivered a branch that reflects ICON Credit Union’s commitment to modern banking experiences and community-focused service.
