The project features an open second-floor balcony overlooking the first floor, a light-filled atrium entry highlighted by a custom, hand-blown glass chandelier, and an outdoor pergola for product demonstrations. The first floor integrates retail, office, support spaces, and warehouse functions with polished concrete flooring, while the second floor includes private and open offices finished with durable, high-traffic carpet. Pops of color, an electric fireplace, and refined finishes throughout create a welcoming, efficient environment tailored to Budget Blinds’ operational needs.
