Blue Horizon Project
Delivering innovation and functionality, MGC completed Blue Horizon Flex, a 25,259-square-foot building on a 1.53-acre lot built to house Fierce Cheerleading and future commercial tenants. The facility features a large open gym with 70-foot open webbed trusses and 31-foot tall walls, creating an expansive and inspiring space, complemented by polished concrete floors, drywall, paint, restrooms, a second-floor conference room, and spectator areas. Multiple areas were also designed for future tenant improvements, adding flexibility for growth. The challenging structural elements, combined with our attention to detail and precision, resulted in a truly remarkable facility that reflects MGC’s expertise in building innovative, functional, and high-quality commercial spaces.
