This 11,599-square-foot ground-up build was completed on schedule and within the $3 million budget, reflecting MGC’s dedication to communication, precision, and high-quality craftsmanship. The facility blends residential warmth with commercial code compliance, featuring ADA-accessible design throughout. Rich wood trim, chair rails, and shiplap wall accents help create a cozy, country-style living environment where residents can feel at ease.

The interior offers an inviting, open-concept layout centered around a spacious Living Room with an 85” TV, fireplace, and piano beneath high ceilings with custom accent soffits. Purpose-built spaces—including a Day Room, Sun Room with patio access, Dining Room, and Therapy Room/Salon—support wellness, social connection, and daily comfort. The project’s success was driven by a deeply collaborative, owner-led design process, with every detail reviewed and approved alongside MGC’s skilled team. From groundbreaking in May 2024 to completion in April 2025, seamless coordination kept the project moving smoothly. This Assisted Living Facility showcases MGC’s ability to build senior living environments that combine functionality, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail.
