The Federal Government issued a RFP to design, construct, and lease back a single story 3,380 square foot medical office outpatient clinic located in Salmon, Idaho. This medical facility will provide medical and psychological services for the veteran population in the greater Lemhi County region. In conjunction with the RFP, we placed under contract four potential build able sites for the Veterans Administration selection committee. After the VA Administration selected their preferred location, the program was further developed and a lease rate was determined for a 10 year firm commitment on a full service lease including janitorial.
