Pullman ERD

Pullman, Washington

Project:

This project included a retrofit and 7,000-sf addition onto an existing maintenance facility. The interior of the building was constructed utilizing wood framed members for offices, a locker room, break room, restroom, and parts room. A 1,730-sf mezzanine was supported by wide flange beams on steel columns that were integrated into the perimeter frame work providing additional offices and storage space. With eave heights of 27-30 feet tall, and an interior peak height of 33’, the facility allows the ERD to service the city of Pullman’s larger pieces of equipment with ease. The highly mechanized interior of the building was built out to service and repair vehicle equipment and trucks for the city of Pullman, Washington. Strategic planning between the owner, architect, and Guho Corp allowed the existing facility to continue its operation uninterrupted while construction took place on the new facility, which eventually tied directly to the existing facility.
