The Pine 43 Development is located in Meridian, ID along heavily trafficked Fairview Avenue, and en-compasses A master commercial/residential development of approximately 114 acres. MGC has been involved from preconstructions services thru construction of the development. Scopes of work have included site work packages, retail buildings, professional offices, medical offices, and associated tenant improvements as spaces leased. Working closely with design team and developers, MGC developed strategies to complete this development in phases while minimizing impacts to newly opened business. The entire project site boasts extensive landscape/lighting elements throughout, and high visibility on Fairview, Locust Grove, and Pine Avenue.
