Project:

The Pacific Crest project included a multiple-phased approach in order to achieve its finished look. The first step in this tenant improvement was the extensive demolition plan to clear out the current condition of the facility. After demolition, our scope of work entailed interior improvements and multiple finishes for the building. MGC used several lighting schemes and finishes to ensure the project had a bold and well-rounded look when completed.
