Mark Guho Construction partnered with Olympic gold medalist Kristen Armstrong and developer Ball Ventures Ahlquist to deliver a 10,000-square-foot fitness facility at Ten Mile Crossing in Meridian, Idaho. Designed as a core and shell build with tailored interior spaces, the project created a modern wellness environment that supports a wide range of training styles. The facility includes dedicated studios for hot yoga, functional training, cycling, and general gym activities, all arranged to promote a smooth flow of movement and an inviting, energetic atmosphere for members.
