MGC partnered with NxEdge on the ACECO Tenant Improvement, delivering a 23,163-square-foot industrial build-out completed on time and within budget. The project transformed an existing facility to support office, production, and operational functions, including a new office area with reception, workstations, private offices, and a conference room, along with upgraded, code-compliant ADA restrooms. A mezzanine storage structure was added within the warehouse to maximize usable space, and the scope included all required mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life-safety modifications to support the new layout and uses.
