Mark Guho Construction, a leading commercial general contractor, delivered a full 50,000-square-foot corporate office buildout for Lamb Weston’s headquarters. Executed in two phases, the project involved relocating the entire corporate staff from the existing two-story building into a temporary remodeled space for six months, ensuring business continuity throughout construction.
Once the permanent building renovation was complete, MGC transitioned staff back into the fully modernized headquarters and began an extensive interior and exterior overhaul of the temporary space. Both facilities were completely reconfigured to reflect a contemporary corporate environment, with perimeter offices featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, interior conference and meeting rooms, reception areas, break spaces, large open cubicle workstations, and a commercial kitchen. This phased approach showcased MGC’s ability to manage complex schedules, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality commercial spaces tailored to client needs.
