Health Care & Fitness General Contractor in Meridian, Idaho

Mark Guho Construction, a premier health care and fitness general contractor in Meridian, Idaho, partnered with Olympian Kristen Armstrong and developer Ball Ventures Ahlquist to build a state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot wellness facility at Ten Mile Crossing. Designed to inspire and support community health, the project focused on creating an open, welcoming environment that could accommodate a wide range of fitness activities.

The scope included a core and shell build with customized interiors for hot yoga, functional training, cycling, and general gym spaces. MGC worked closely with the project team to ensure the layout balanced functionality with aesthetics, incorporating open design concepts that foster motivation and inclusivity. The result is a modern fitness destination that reflects Kristen Armstrong’s vision for a space where individuals can pursue their fitness and health goals in a supportive, inspiring atmosphere.
