Irving Street Warehouses

Located in central Boise, the Irving Street Warehouses encompass 25,140 sqft. of shop, maintenance, and storage facilities.  MGC is partnered with Star Building Systems (PEMB Supplier), and worked closely to develop a design that was functional, architectural, and cost effective.  The buildings include a covered wash bay, heavy-rated mezzanine storage, air/water supply lines for equipment maintenance and material fabrication, tool storage rooms, dust collection systems, large overhead doors, and hydronic radiant heat incorporated in the building slabs.  The buildings were constructed with 20’ eave heights to accommodate the oversized doors and allow for high clearance work room. The project included full site development, which encompassed tiling an existing canal, water/sewer/power/gas utility extensions, full parking lot and
landscape improvements, and security fencing.
