Icon Credit Union - 10 mile

Project:

MGC worked with ICON Credit Union to create a brand new, single-story Branch on Ten Mile. The complete 4,700 sq. ft. build-out features natural daylight through clerestory windows, modern details, and drive thru banking. Scope of work also included exterior site work such as, concrete paving, site drainage as well as landscape development. Icon wanted to ensure a modernized look by incorporating unique details on the exterior such as metal paneling and slope roof components.
