Project:
The 80,000 sqft single level facility includes an assisted living wing, memory care wing, two large commercial kitchens, pharmacy, nurse stations, and beautiful finishes throughout the entire interior space.

With customized levels of assistance and professional care, this 84-unit facility includes 6 different room configurations and 30-units that are specifically dedicated to memory care.  The floor plan includes numerous amenities, including a hair salon, fireplaces, theatre room, game room, bistro, lounges, private meeting/dining areas, and library.  Located in Caldwell, ID the project included full development of a challenging 7 acre site.  Heavy clay sections and high a high water table presented constructability challenges that were overcome through strategic designs.  Geotextile fabrics and heavy gravel sections were placed under all foundations to stability the large building footprint.  A shallow storm water infiltration system was installed under the parking lot to accommodate all surface drainage in the shallow water table.

Site improvements also included extensive landscaping, raised garden areas, private patios, decorative fencing, and water features.  In addition to the already energy efficient design, 200 solar panels where installed on the west facing roof line.
