In the heart of downtown Eagle, Idaho - the Eagle Towne Plaza project stretches over 30,000 square feet and included a complete site redesign. Interior demolition was conducted to provide an open "shell" concept for future tenant planning. Further improvements were made to the exterior including a roof line extension using gable trusses. Exterior walls were re-faced with a combination of stucco, masonry and Hardi-Plank siding. Site improvements included new landscaping, new parking lot configuration, lighting and monument signage installation.
