Cobblestone Building

Cobblestone is a beautiful 32,000 square foot medical building spread out over two floors. The large, spacious lobby in this design build project, incorporates a Porte-cochere on the north side of the building, which allows for convenient patient drop off. Aris croft block, EIFS, and brick are used on the exterior of the building. Included are eight exterior patios which allow for a stunning view of the Owyhee Mountains and Bogus Basin. The two story layout allows for 10 to 12 different businesses, making this building diverse and unique. This structure is located on State Street at the east side of old downtown Eagle.
