The AceCo Project involved various additions and demolition. The project began with a significant amount of demolition to the existing conditions in order to provide wanted construction services.

The project included furnishing and installing two brand new metal building structures. MGC had to excavate and import structural fill for the new structures as well as provide necessary asphalt patching around the surrounding area. The project also consisted of various revisions and enhancements to the already existing space. These revisions included, adjustments of vacuum building equipment openings, a temporary roof structure for the oven while the steel building was fabricated and several other site enhancements.
