This 3,000 sq. ft. existing office building was reconstructed into a Medicare/Medicaid certified surgical center. An inviting modern reception and waiting area first greets visitors before they are directed to any of the 2 operating rooms or 4 post/pre-operative rooms. Within the building is also a medical gas room, vacuum equipment room, nurse stations and a staff lounge. Much detail was given to install the proper medical systems, including medical gas piping and trim for Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous, WAGD, Vacuum, a nurse call system, security system, emergency generator and a new fire suppression system. Finishes throughout include resilient flooring, pre-finished wood doors and tile with colors that are warm and neutral.
