This 6,600 sq. ft. tenant improvement combines a modernized build and unique architectural details. We gave the facility large storefront windows to allow more natural lighting into the work space. Solid surface counter tops and dynamic carpet designs are used throughout the interior to give the room dimension. MGC also incorporated various lighting techniques throughout the interior of the space.
